Chad Delier Scanlon Memorial Fund was established in his memory in 2007 and is located at The Community Foundation for the Alleghenies. With proceeds from an annual golf outing, the fund continues to grow every year.  It provides grants to support families and children suffering with life-threatening illnesses and research in the hope that a cure may one day be found. We have made donations in Chad's name to the following establishments: Make-a-Wish, Hunt of a Lifetime, Children's Hospital Fund, The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh, H.T. High Flyers Jump Rope Team, St. Jude's Research Hospital, Miracles from Maggie, Angels Without Faces, and The Wounded Warrior Project.
